August Meeting Wrapup & September Meeting Details

As we convened at Long Doggers in Cocoa Beach for our monthly meeting this last Saturday, we had some interesting new vehicles join us, a Chevy Blazer EV and a Tesla Cybertruck. Thanks to Nick and Al and their delightful spouses and friends for joining us, especially considering the distance you all travelled to be there! Much discussion ensued about features and drawbacks of these vehicles and of course, all the other vehicles present. We do enjoy comparing and learning about other EVs!

There was a brief report from our Treasurer, Bill, regarding the recent National EVA leadership meeting. From that, we hope to implement some improvements to streamline communication and event planning.

Next meeting...

Next month's meeting will be September 21st, starting at 8:15am at the Dunkin' in Indialantic (1220 N Hwy A1A). There are four 120kW FPL EVolution chargers at this location with CCS and CHAdeMO plugs.

We will be the featured club at this Cars and Coffee event, a monthly car show that welcomes all makes and models. No judging or prizes, just cool cars and company!
